Pleasure Factory is a docudrama film set in Geylang, the red-light district of Singapore. It explores subjects traditionally hidden in Asian society, such as prostitution and same-sex relationships. The film was selected for the Un Certain Regard competition at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival. The story revolves around pleasure seekers and pleasure providers during one night in Geylang.
